Fabrication
Electroforged grating panels are produced by forging bearing bars and cross bars using heavy current and pressure resulting in greater strength than mechanical assembly. VeChain produces electroforged grating panels and fabricates cut-to-size / customized electroforged gratings, heavy duty gully gratings and stair treads as per client's specifications. These gratings can be supplied in self- colour, hot dip galvanized, painted electropolished surface finish.
We supply a wide range of steel gratings ranging from 25mm to 150mm height. These gratings are with either plain or serrated bearing bars.
